I searched for cars that I thought I’d like on the internet. I found a car on the US Motors website that checked all the boxes. Now I don’t have much patience for hard to work with websites so if this one hadn’t been user friendly I would never have pursued this vehicle. But the website was easy and I learned as much about this car as I could short of a test drive. When I went to the lot the office and garage were open but I didn’t see anyone anywhere. After calling out a couple of times near the garage I was greeted by Paul who I believe is the owner. I realized that it wasn’t a case of no one minding the store, but that he’s just involved in all aspects of the business and he’s not one to just sit in the office. On my test drive I discovered that the AC wasn’t blowing cold and that one of the side mirrors wasn’t working properly. I also loved the car, the price was amazing, and it was going to be mine. Paul was aware of the AC and told me that both would be fixed promptly. He was true to his word and in a few days I drove it home. The car was actually ready before the bank cut my check. I’m a single older female who hadn’t purchased a car in 13 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was professional and personable and every part of the buying process was done efficiently. I have told friends to check out US Motors and I would definitely buy from them again.
